Cooling load
We calculate the sensible + latent load. Oversized AC is why your house is cold and clammy.

Line-set + electrical review
Half of AC failures trace to line-set or electrical shortcuts. We plan both up front.

Quiet install
Isolation pads under the condenser. Rubber-mounted line sets. Nobody should hear your AC from the patio.

Cool-weather startup
For early-spring installs, we return in July to verify performance under real load.
