Terms of service

These terms govern your engagement with Northern Ember, Inc. for HVAC installation, service, and maintenance.

Estimates and quotes

Written quotes are guaranteed for 30 days from issue. Work performed outside the quoted scope will be quoted separately, in writing, before it begins.

Warranty

New residential installs carry a ten-year parts warranty (per manufacturer terms) and lifetime workmanship on labor. Repairs carry a two-year workmanship warranty.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion for repairs and service. Installs may be financed through approved partners with terms disclosed prior to acceptance.

Limitation

Except as set out in the warranty section, Northern Ember's liability is limited to the amount paid for the work performed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
